Fusion Projects was honored to undertake the Tenant Improvement for the first and second floors of the new three-story structure for Delta Q Technologies in Burnaby.

This project involved transforming 29,353 sq ft of a brand new building into a dynamic workspace to accommodate battery testing workshops, offices, a modern kitchen & staff lounge, espresso bar, staff gym equipped with showers and lockers, and a recreational game room.  

One of the key pillars of our success on this project was our collaborative approach. Working closely with Evoke Design and multiple consultants, we ensured that every aspect of the design and construction aligned perfectly with Delta Q's unique requirements. The synergy between our team and these partners was instrumental in delivering a space that would truly empower Delta Q to continue their trailblazing work.
