Fusion projects was engaged by TRG Group Benefits, a company who specializes in developing and servicing optimal employee benefit plans, to build their new 10,100 square foot office space in downtown Vancouver, B.C.

There were some challenges involved with the build-out such as working in a building with unique site conditions such as coffered ceilings, walker ducts and limited pathways for service distribution. In addition, Fusion had to maintain and control the project costs and ensure that the tight schedule was on track.

TRG moved into their brand new office space on time and on budget. Highlights of the new space include a grand view of the North Shore mountains as you walk into the suite, a beautiful reception area with high end finishes such as walnut veneer, decorative lighting, custom furniture and travertine tile flooring.
