The Fusion team worked extremely closely with Jump Gymnastics and Kids Physio. The process included full design and build services including mechanical and electrical.

The challenges this project presented was how to create 2 clearly defined spaces with a cohesive design that embraced the collaboration of these 2 dynamic services. Our design partner was excellent at meeting the clients needs and our project management team ensured the client was engaged in the entire process.

The project also included working on behalf of the landlord for the landlords work while constructing the tenant improvements. Our team was integral with facilitating the required change of use for Jump Gymnastics and Kids Physio through our architectural team.

The space exceeded the clients expectation as we were able to enhance the level of finish and quality to the final space and meet the clients timeline deliverables.
