Fusion is proud to present our buildout for Heritage Office’s brand new 9,000 square foot office & showroom located at 295 W 5th Ave in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant area.

In partnership with design firm Clvr Studio, Fusion was engaged to turn the existing cold shell space into a modern and visually dynamic workspace suitable for the team at Heritage to have a beautiful office to work from, as well as act as an engaging showroom for their clientele.

Our millwork is featured heavily in this buildout, using both wood and stone as integral materials in creating the natural look and feel of the space. Working with Clvr, our design approach produced marvels such as the high profile staircase which leads to 4,000 square feet of mezzanine space, as well as the Skybox meeting room, which was designed to convey the essence of a “private suite” at a sports arena.

As Heritage Office specializes in office furnishings, there was no stone left unturned when it came to sourcing unique furniture pieces that provided pops of colour and comfort in each corner of the space.

Various intricate lighting features were installed throughout, as well as the LED screen in the reception area to offer customers an informative welcome as they enter through the front doors.

Fusion managed the entire project, from coordinating the design components, to budgeting and permitting, all the way from construction to ribbon cutting. In the end, all parties involved couldn’t be happier with the final result - a bold and comfortable workspace that serves as a highly functional environment for the next generation workforce.
