Fairleigh Dickinson University is a unique heritage warehouse conversion. Working with our design partner DIALOG, we transformed a software developer space to suit a private post secondary institutional facility.

The build was 15,000 sq. feet including an admissions area, library, 7 classrooms, staff offices, staff lounge and a student lounge area. DIALOG's design for the new space, located in a turn of the century building, integrates a new modern streamlined design with exposed beams, brick walls and specialty lighting to highlight project specific areas.
