David Beck’s team reached out to Fusion to help fit out their space for CJB Investments at 320 Granville. High-end hotels with an airy, light, and open vibes were the inspiration for the design.

The space was demised into two suites: Suite 1460 at 1,717 sf and Suite 1480 at 1,438 sf. The layout and glazed wall panels for both suites maximize the amazing city, water and mountain views. Suite 1460 was built as a co-working space for their staff and select clients who may need a temporary office while in Vancouver.

The space is equipped with a coat closet, a copy area, three private offices, two workstations, and a small but ample server closet. There’s also lounge area and a collaborative working space next to the kitchenette with wall-mounted displays. This suite, with its kitchen island with waterfall countertop, state-of-the-art panelled appliances and massive millwork for displaying drinks also enables their clients to host parties. Users can easily switch from work mode to party mode with in-ceiling speakers and feature lights.

Suite 1480 houses permanent users. This suite has three private offices, a kitchenette in the common area comprised of two kitchen islands with under-counter panelled appliances, a lounge area with wall-mounted displays, and a server closet. There’s even a gym overlooking the mountains and Vancouver Harbour which can be accessed via a hidden door in the principal office.

Fusion Projects was honoured to help our clients every step of the way – from design to furniture procurement and completing the construction. The project was also built ahead of schedule thanks to the quick responses from our amazing clients.
