Daven joined the fusion team in 2021 after spending over 20 years as a Wall & Ceiling specialist in the commercial construction industry.

He believes a successful project leader and team starts with a foundation of communication, accountability, and respect.

He has extensive experience in a wide range of projects including multi-floor office spaces, industrial, commercial kitchens, restaurants, bank branches, commercial storefronts as well as medical and dental offices.

With a background in structural framing and interior finishes his favorite project challenges are exciting and innovative design features where he can showcase his problem-solving skills and eye for details.
