After several interviews with various design - build teams, HUB Insurance recognized the value in Fusion Projects and knew they could rely on the expertise Fusion had to offer. With Fusion's design partner, Square One Interior Design, a program was developed to determine the space requirement needs for HUB as it related to their business plans today and over the next several years. The project included consolidation of 3 locations including a retail centre. Fusion worked with HUB analyzing various locations, doing pre-lease plans and budgets that ultimately brought them to their new home in Willingdon Park.

Fusion Projects handled the entire process and delivered to HUB a beautifully designed, functional new office that is approximately 30,000 square feet and incorporates the use of modular walls and furniture systems. Fusion was able to deliver the project on time and exceed the expectations of the entire HUB project team.
