Colliers International is a leading real estate professional services and investment management company and has had a long-term partnership with Fusion Projects. In 2013, Colliers had a requirement for updating work spaces with a functional timeless design and the same intent was mandated for their client facing and communal areas.

Fusion worked with the SSDG design team to successfully complete a three-floor renovation at 200 Granville Street within a very tight time frame.

The highlight of this project was the 19^th floor image centre complete with a large island bar.  Adjacent to the reception area includes a complete open concept plan with an enclosed commercial grade kitchen for hosting events. The image centre also includes the main boardroom which utilizes modular walls allowing for a large amount of people to mix and mingle at gatherings.

Additional features include a team members lunchroom nicknamed the ‘Colliers Café’ on another floor and is used as a comfortable gathering place. Other work areas were re designed for an open concept with new finishes and work stations that supported collaboration and a sense of belonging.

To this day, the spaces still performs as designed and looks great!
