We practice the 3 R’s in our daily life, and have LEED AP on our team. Most clients are budget conscious and with that purpose in mind, we often offer build the space on LEED principals. Larger clients look at certification as the real measure of LEED and we can do this too! Over the years we have gained experience in full modular tenant improvements.
